Humidity Control:
Items that are sensitive to high humidity are generally stores in rooms with humidity levels below 55 RH. Our buildings is maintained and monitored with relative humidity kept at 50 RH or below.

Temperature:
Our climate controlled building is kept at 50 degrees in the winter and 80 degrees in or below in the summer months.

Pest Control:
Mars-Evans City Self Storage is on a regular pest prevention schedule both inside and outside of all of our storage units. In order to help prevent insects or vermin becoming attracted to your stored goods, never put food items in the storage space. Vermin have a very acute sense of smell and can locate food items and destroy your items to reach the food stored. You can do your part by following this simple rule.

5' X 10'	Approx. one to one & a half rooms of furniture or lots of boxes or bicycles, sales reps' supplies, seasonal items (with inside corridor access)
10' X 10'	Approx. two to three rooms of furniture and boxes, or office furniture and files (with inside corridor access)
10' X 15'	Approx. 3 to 4 rooms of furniture or boxes, commercial storage or inventory (with inside corridor access)
10' X 25'	Approx. six to eight rooms of furniture, or large vehicles, commercial storage, boats (with outdoor access)
